HAPPY NEW YEAR! We’re still fresh off the glow of the December Holiday Hang, where over 300 people came through to see and make comics. AMAZING! And now, it’s time once again to jam. 😎

The next Philly Comix Jam meet-up will take place on Tuesday, January 27th!

HOURLY COMICS DAY 2026

February 1st will also mark the annual documentary comics extravaganza known as Hourly Comic Day, where cartoonists from around the world make a comic - whether it’s a single panel, a strip, or something elaborately bonkers - for every hour they’re awake on the day. Then, we all get to see a taste of people’s lives from the same day!

Since this year’s HCD falls on a Sunday, we’ve arranged a meetup in case any jammers are looking for weekend plans or would even like to appear in one another’s comics! Join us at Glory Beer Bar on Sunday, February 1st starting at 1:00 pm for informal non-jam hangs!

The monthly meeting of a loose gathering of greater Philadelphian comickers who draw jam comics and kibitz.
Jam comix in the “exquisite corpse” style where one artist draws a panel, then passes the page to someone else until the page is finished. (Write your name and the date on the back of the page so we know who drew what!)
Outside work is also encouraged to be brought as many artists enjoy the company while working.
